About Us

Since starting out in the real estate business in 1993, Denise is now one of the most experienced and respected real estate agents in Sotogrande.
Over the years she has participated in some of the most important residential sales and rental transactions on the estate and the surrounding areas.

Sales

We keep a large listing of properties for sale and for rent, both on direct instruction and in association with our fellow agents in the area.
Besides villas, town houses and apartments we have building plots for sale as well as marina berths and an occasions shares of some of the golf clubs.

Rentals

We manage some of the finest properties in Sotogrande, many of which are available for long and short term rentals.
These properties, many of which are fully staffed, provide and eceptional and private way of enjoying the facilities of Sotogrande. Besides providing the property that suits your needs we can take care of all the other arrangements that can make your stay that extra special.
Arranging airport transfers, car, scooters and bicycle rentals as well as golf tee times. We can also arrange any aditional staff required including cooks. We will recomment restaurants and excursions, be it shopping for duty free cigars in Gibraltar or dresses in Marbella, a train ride to visit the bull ring in Ronda or where to windsurf or lunch off the "white" beaches nearby Tarifa.
The latter part of July and the month of August are high season for which rentals are booked well in advance.

Management

We can eliminate the concerns of owning a property in Sotogrande. If we manage it on your behalf, we will visit it regularly in your absence, pay the bills on your behalf, liase with staff and take care of the maintenance.

Projects

Our project management service provides liaison between out clients and their architects, aparajadors (engineers / quantity surveyors), interior decorators and suppliers. Projects completed include new build properties as well as extensions and alterations.
